The marketing is important because is a sort of promotion which the costumers are very demanding. Marketing is a key activity to attract costumers and keep existing ones. It is more competitive because the number of organization is increases. So the key of success is have to provide new product, the quality of this product and satisfied the costumers needs. Marketing is getting the right product to the right people at the right price in the right place using the right promotion.
There is the adjective "right" because everything means an accurate ning.
Right product: it's a service provide the organization and what costumers want to buy that specifically meets their needs.
Right people: costumers have different need and interest. The staff have a information of costumers.
Right price: the amount of money a costumers is ready to pay. The key is satisfied the costumers need and offer them product at the right price. You cant ask more than at the costumers ready to pay. Everybody have a particular rule.
Right place: it mean where you can find a lot of information of a particular product and satisfies your need.
Right promotion: is important to persuade and attract costumers to buy it.

Marketing involves a lot of people, so there are a different department. They must be a collaboration because the (scopo) is only one to generate profit. Marketing is a complex process and those who work in marketing usually specialize in a particular area. The most important marketing tools that leisure and organizations use are:

Marketing research is an important tool of marketing because before ning a new program they need to create an information system to know who customers are. The purpose is find out what they really want. There are four method to carried out all this:
Postal surveys, questionnaires are sent by mail. The advantages is that it's relatively cheap while the disadvantages is that very few people return the questionnaire.
Telephone surveys, a surveys conducted on the phon. the advantages is that provide instant information but it's more expensive and few people are willing to stay on the phon.
Personal surveys people ask questions in a face-to-face situation. The people are more willing to respond but answer can be rushed and they don't say what they really think.
Observation, the researcher watch a group of customers and speak about a particular product, and he take notes. The information are provide in-depth but it's very expensive method.
Target marketing
Market is a group of customers who buy particular product and service. To satisfied them we divided customers in market segment, a group of clients that share the same needs and interest in order to made a tailor tour! Target marketing is develops and promoting product that attract appeal to same segment. There are a number of ways that the market can be divided into segment:
Age, social group and the lifestyle.
age: One of the main ways in which market segments are identified is by the age of costumers in order to different organisation at specific age segment. The age is important because the type of activity made change.
Social group: It's divided customers about their social group according to their jobs, in order to find out interest and hobby.
Lifestyle: Lifestyle is a combination of work patterns, marital status, leisure and social habits.
Marketing mix
The marketing mix is the combination of all elements which form marketing to satisfied costumers needs. The four principal activities are: product, people, price, place and promotion.
Product, The goods and service that an organisation offer in the market.
People, the costumers
Price, how much the goods and services cost
Place, where the product are offered
Promotion, how organization persuade people to buy their product.
